Contact a Family is a UK-wide charity providing support, advice and information for families with disabled children.

Crossroads - Caring for Carers

Crossroads provides practical help and support where it is most needed - usually in the home - through trained Carer Support Workers.

The Princess Royal Trust for Carers

The Princess Royal Trust for Carers provides advice and support services to carers of all ages in the UK through a network of independently managed Carers Centres, young carers services and interactive websites.

Young Carers Net

Young Carers Net supports carers under the age of 18 who are looking after someone who has an illness, a disability, a mental health problem or a substance misuse problem. It is run by the Princess Royal Trust for Carers.
