HIPs: know your rights
There are several safeguards in place to protect buyers and sellers throughout the home buying and selling process. You can ask for help if you have an issue with a Home Information Pack (HIP), Home Inspector, Domestic Energy Assessor, estate agent, conveyancer, HIP provider, search or search provider.
